I barely slept.
Idk what to say abt this day. I was productive, but nothing i do feels like enough.
I have all this exciting stuff happening in my life (career, personal life, hobbies) yet i feel like I'm falling deeper into the abyss. And rather than being stoked abt the new opportunities, i feel overwhelmed and terrified.
I was gonna make daal today and i was quite looking forward to it too, but then... i didn't. It was already so late when i got home and i was tireddd. I promise I'll make it tomorrow 🐀
42g of protein... day 2 and already a fail lol

This is fascinating.
Apparently a littermate study showed that restricting your dog's calorie intake throughout their life can increase their lifespan. Half the litter was fed 25% fewer calories than the control group and their median lifespan was 13 years as opposed to the 11.2 year median lifespan of the control group.
The goal of the calorie restriction was preventing obesity (as opposed to letting dogs eat until the7 decided they were full.
I've definitely seen first-hand the difference obesity can make with joints. Lance's sister from his litter has battled obesity occasionally during her life and despite getting far more activity and exercise (and receiving no injuries) she's really struggling with arthritis while Lance barely shows any stiffness at all at 12.5 years old. Both of them have been on nearly the same food their entire lives too. Lance has been on Orijen Six Fish while his sister eats Acana Pacifica (Acana is the cheaper offering from the same company, but both foods are high in omega-3s and all those other helpful fish fats that lubricate joints).
Lance's mom has never been overweight either and she's still happily running around the farm at 14 years old.
#I'm pretty sure weight contributes to incidents of tendon injury and such too#and other joint injuries#Merry recently tore her meniscus (just a little bit) and she's been struggling with weight over the last few years#luckily I have now taken over feeding duties for all the dogs!#so I can better monitor their weight and adjust how much they get to account for how many table scraps they're getting#already brought the jewel-toned Papillon back within the ideal weight category!#i admit I am a little bit obsessed with making sure dogs are a healthy weight

Solana (SOL), a leading name in the crypto sphere, is currently navigating turbulent waters. Market analysts suggest that a breach of critical support levels might lead to a significant price drop. Previously enjoying values above $250, SOL's recent struggle has been a point of concern, with its current price hovering around $172. Market Conditions and Price Movements The latest data shows SOL has slipped below the important $170 support level, a decline that spells caution for investors. This recent 4.69% drop has been a key talking point, with the price briefly touching $169.19 before a minor rebound. Influencing Factors: Supply and Demand Pressures Adding complexity to Solana's situation is the forthcoming release of an additional 11.2 million SOL from FTX's bankruptcy proceedings. This influx, equivalent to approximately $9.7 million, could further depress prices if demand does not match this new supply. Furthermore, March brings another potential hurdle, with $1.6 billion worth of SOL unlocking, prompting concerns over potential increases in selling pressure. Technical Analysis: Support and Resistance Levels From a technical standpoint, SOL finds itself within a descending channel, with sellers continuing to dominate. The immediate focus is on the $160 support level. Should this level hold, a recovery to the $180–$185 range may be possible. However, failure to maintain this support could see prices moving towards the $150–$155 zone. Historically, the $125–$130 region offers strong support, yet dropping to these levels would signify a steep descent. Investor Confidence and Market Sentiment Investor sentiment is currently on edge, exacerbated by recent scams involving coins like $LIBRA and $TRUMP. Such incidents have shaken confidence, compelling traders to exercise increased caution. This atmosphere of uncertainty is palpable and has notably influenced market behavior. The Path Ahead: Key Observations The path forward for Solana hinges on several critical factors. A buyer resurgence around the $160 mark could reverse the downward trend, potentially pushing prices back to $180 or beyond. On the other hand, the continued selling pressure might propel the price lower, especially with large token unlocks on the horizon. Market participants remain vigilant, observing whether Solana will stabilize or experience further declines. The coming weeks will be crucial in determining whether SOL can withstand these pressures or if additional strategies are needed to navigate the evolving crypto landscape. Closing Thoughts Navigating market volatility presents significant challenges for Solana, calling for strategic insights and an agile approach. Investors and traders alike are keenly watching these developments, ready to adapt to shifts in this dynamic market environment. Read the full article

Results uncovered how the most dynamic grown-ups were to the least extent liable to kick the bucket throughout the span of the 45-year study.
Be that as it may, the connection blurred vigorously when way of life factors, like smoking and liquor, were considered in.
That's what it intends, in principle, individuals who practice more may just live longer since they follow a solid eating routine, get a lot of rest and are social rather than how long they spend in the exercise center.
Truth be told, being among the top exercise fan could really fuel natural maturing by almost two years, results recommend.

Results show that the people who were reasonably dynamic, dynamic or profoundly dynamic were 15 to 23 percent less inclined to kick the bucket during the 45-year study than the individuals who were stationary.
In any case, in the wake of representing BMI, smoking and liquor use, information showed that there was just a seven percent drop in passings among the dynamic gathering contrasted with the stationary gathering, with 'no extra advantages given by more elevated levels' of activity.
